Crystal Healing Session in Crystal Light bed (Chromotherapy)

Crystal therapy is an ancient healing system used to treat patients holistically through the placement of crystals on the body and the surrounding room in a grid like pattern. Crystals can communicate with and connect with the energies flowing around the human body. Every crystal has its own unique electromagnetic field/charge or 'healing vibrations’  which interact with the body's energy centres to remove 'blockages' and restore a healthy flow through the body, mind and energy field.

Your Crystal Healing session will be tailored to your needs and your current situation.

Energies shifts might be experienced during the session and/or physical sensations. Many have reported spiritual experiences and opening/unblocking of specific chakras. As the energy starts to work on the outer layers it then goes on to reveal the next layer, this is when you might notice general changes in mind body and soul.

The session itself lasts 45 minutes and is preceded by a short consultation to establish what can be beneficial for you at this time. Post session is dedicated to a short chat about what you experienced during the healing + feedback and guidance from me. In person sessions will last around 1 hr.

Like similar energy healing therapies, crystal healing works in energetic layers so you might not necessarily see tangible results straight away.
A few weeks might be needed to let the session reveal what the next step might be in your healing journey. It's important therefore to pay attention to any changes, experiences and even dreams.
